Ina-Garten
Ina Garden is an American author of cookbooks who has received Emmy award. Ina Garden hosts the oldest Food Network show Barefoot Contessa. The show premiered in 2002. It will air for 27 more seasons. Ina began her career by working with the White House, writing the nuclear energy budget, as well as other policy documents. Ina was initially enthused by the intellectual stimulation that came with her job, but soon began to lose interest. She instead bought Barefoot Contessa, a specialty grocery store. After more than 18 years of making her shop a huge success she closed it down and began creating her first novel. Several other books and journal articles followed. Between them she also had her own Food Network show was also a success. Also, she offers a selection of product from cooking ingredients as well as storage containers and equipment. Ina is a self-taught cook who has not attended a cooking school, nor had a job in the kitchen. Her easy-going approach to entertaining and her straightforward culinary style is well-known.
